Alpha Ade Homes Ltd is a UK-based property investment platform connecting diaspora investors with UK property opportunities. We are currently in the process of obtaining FCA authorisation. Until such authorisation is granted, we operate as an introduction and information service only. We do not handle client funds directly.

We provide: property investment information and research; introduction to investment opportunities; portfolio tracking tools; document management; and investor communications. We do not provide regulated financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a personal recommendation to invest.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to invest in UK property in your country of residence and that you have obtained any necessary approvals (including, where applicable, CBN approval for Nigerian investors).

You may not be able to sell your investment quickly. Rental income is not guaranteed. You should seek independent financial advice before investing.

We are required by law to verify the identity of all investors and the source of their funds. You agree to provide accurate KYC documents when requested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we cannot verify your identity or if we have concerns about the source of your funds.
